Gestion Zagora is seeking a full-time Leasing Agent in Moncton, NB to lease apartments, maintain tenant relations, and support daily operations. You will generate leads, conduct property tours, and coordinate move-ins in a fast-paced property management environment.

The ideal candidate has real estate interest or certification, strong English communication, excellent customer service, and a detail-oriented, autonomous, team-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lease vacant apartments and manage the rental process from start to finish
• Assess prospective tenants’ needs and provide property recommendations

• Prepare and finalize lease agreements
• Coordinate move-ins and ensure a positive onboarding experience for new tenants
• Stay informed about local rental market trends
• Schedule appointments and follow up with leads promptly
• Prepare leasing activity reports and handle lease renewals as needed
• Respond to tenant inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Generate leads through phone outreach, networking, and email

Gestion Zagora is a young and dynamic property management company with over 5 years of experience in the real estate industry. We own and manage several residential rental properties across Montréal, Montréal’s South Shore, Gatineau, and Québec City.

Position Summary

We’re currently seeking a full-time Leasing Agent to join our property management team in Moncton, New Brunswick. You’ll play a key role in leasing apartments, maintaining excellent tenant relations, and supporting day-to-day operations.

• Lease vacant apartments and manage the rental process from start to finish
