Maylandsea Primary School, part of The Eveleigh LINK Academy Trust, seeks an enthusiastic, reliable Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to positively impact children. Previous experience is desirable but not essential. The role involves supporting lessons, running interventions, and working with children with diverse needs, including cognition, social interaction, emotional regulation, and communication.

The ideal candidate will work well in a team, liaise effectively with staff, demonstrate good organisational and communication skills, and show initiative and flexibility. A good standard of English and mathematics (GCSE or equivalent) is required. Lunch duty in the playground or dining hall will be part of the role.
