A telecommunications company in Canada is seeking a Learning Specialist for a 10-month term. In accordance with established procedures and policies and available tools, the Learning Specialist is responsible for the entire design and development cycle of learning solutions for Cogeco employees in North America. In collaboration with various stakeholders (internal teams, suppliers, Agile squads), the incumbent analyzes needs, proposes strategies, and creates engaging content. This role requires advanced expertise in digital design tools and the ability to develop and sometimes facilitate workshops to support business objectives.
