Job summary

International Financial Data Services (IFDS) is hiring a Learning & Development Specialist to design and deliver training for Business Operation staff, including Processing and Call Center functions. You will develop high-quality learning solutions and onboard learners with support from subject matter experts.

The role requires expertise in instructional design, adult learning, and eLearning tools like Articulate 360, with strong facilitation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in learning and development, adult learning, instructional design, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience coordinating, facilitating, and delivering learning and development programs.
• Professional Certification in Adult Education is an asset.
• Proficiency in Articulate 360 or similar eLearning tools.
• Advanced skills in web conferencing tools such as Microsoft Teams.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to present complex concepts clearly.
• Continuous learning mindset and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs for Business Operation staff.
• Deliver standard training courses and maintain training records.
• Facilitate classroom learning and manage group dynamics.
• Coordinate logistics for learning events and prepare training resources.
• Create eLearning modules and learning assets (videos, scripts, quizzes).
• Collect learner feedback and metrics to identify gaps and improve programs.
