Job summary

SinaLite is looking for a Print Production Coordinator with a focus on account management and sales growth in a hybrid role in Ontario. You will manage a portfolio, pursue upsell opportunities, and drive revenue while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities include onboarding new clients, ensuring on-time delivery, and collaborating with internal teams to maximize customer spend. Experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Outplay is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Growth.
• Ability to grow existing accounts and identify revenue opportunities.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned book of business, focusing on revenue and customer lifetime value.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion opportunities.
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Onboard new customers and support retention and reduce churn.
• Review account performance and develop strategies to maximize spend.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience, Production, and other teams for excellent service and on-time delivery.
• Provide customers with guidance and solutions based on their needs.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, forecasting, and activity data in Salesforce.
• Present performance and growth opportunities to Sales Director regularly.
• Conduct client visits as required.

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities and Duties

• Collaborate with Customer Experience, Production, and other internal teams to ensure excellent service and on‑time delivery.
• Provide customers with professional guidance and solutions based on their business needs.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, forecasting, and activity information within Salesforce.
• Present account performance and growth opportunities to the Sales Director on a regular basis.
• Conduct client visits when required.
• Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Growth, ideally within wholesale printing.
• Demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple departments.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with a focus on building lasting relationships.
• Results‑oriented and comfortable working toward defined sales KPIs and revenue targets.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
• Experience in printing, packaging, CPG, or manufacturing is an asset.
• Experience using Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and/or Outplay is an asset.
