Job summary

SinaLite, a leading wholesale printer and packaging provider, is seeking a Print Production Coordinator to lead a production team on-site in Markham, Ontario. You will oversee Large Format and Roll Label workflows, coordinate schedules, monitor quality and efficiency, and drive daily production improvements.

The role requires 3+ years in production leadership and hands-on experience with print production equipment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production supervisory/leadership experience.
• 3+ years of Large Format and/or Roll Label print production experience.
• Strong knowledge of print production workflows, scheduling, quality control, and equipment.
• Experience with Roll Label printing, converting, finishing, die-cutting, slitting, or laminating.
• Experience with digital cutting equipment such as Zünd or Esko is an asset.
• Hands-on experience operating or troubleshooting production equipment is an asset.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing production requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a production team while promoting accountability, teamwork, and a positive work environment.
• Plan and coordinate Large Format & Roll Label production schedules to meet customer deadlines and production targets.
• Monitor productivity, quality, material usage, waste, and equipment performance.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, quality concerns, and operational issues.
• Coordinate staffing, employee scheduling, training, and cross-training based on production requirements.
• Train and monitor machine operators and support employee performance management.
• Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, HR, and other production departments to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Oversee preventative maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, service calls, and repairs.
• Manage departmental materials, supplies, and inventory levels.
• Operate Large Format and Roll Label printing, cutting, finishing, and converting equipment when required.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production environment while ensuring compliance with company health and safety requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, waste reduction, equipment uptime, and efficiency.

What We're Looking For
