We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to join BrokerLink in the Atlantic region on a Permanent FT basis.
This role, reporting to Learning & Development, involves training and developing employees, primarily within our programs & projects discipline. Responsibilities include implementing ROI frameworks, creating curricula, supporting technology training, and coordinating onboarding. The role aims to enhance customer service, productivity, and skill development, aligning training with strategic objectives and complying with policies.
