Aplin is seeking a detail-oriented Analyst for a 6-month contract based in Edmonton, AB, to support a large organization in optimizing its Learning Management System (LMS). This role combines systems administration, data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration to enable scalable learning initiatives.

You will configure the LMS, develop dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data-driven decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting, administering, or optimizing a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Strong Power BI/Tableau skills, including dashboard development, data visualization, and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, validate data, and communicate insights effectively.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot LMS-related issues for administrators and learners.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure learning systems align with business requirements and user needs.
• Work with the LMS vendor on system configuration, enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to communicate learning metrics, KPIs, trends, and actionable insights.
• Leverage advanced Excel skills to analyze, validate, and prepare learning data for reporting and decision-making.
• Document system standards, processes, and best practices to support data integrity and consistent reporting.
