The Specialist, Learning & Organizational Development supports the design, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of employee development, leadership training, engagement, onboarding, and organizational effectiveness initiatives across Quantum. This role also supports the rollout and governance of core training developed in partnership with the Compliance team, including tracking, reporting, and maintaining accurate learning records. Working closely with HR, Compliance, site leaders, managers, and external training partners, the Specialist helps coordinate learning priorities, support consistent program delivery, and ensure training records and reporting are accurate and current.
Key competencies for this role include strong facilitation and communication skills, confidence working with managers and employees at all levels, sound judgment, project coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to translate learning needs into practical programs and resources.
The successful candidate should be comfortable using HR systems, LMS platforms, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools to coordinate programs, maintain accurate learning records, and prepare clear updates for leaders.
This role may require occasional travel to Quantum sites and flexibility to support learning initiatives across multiple locations and employee groups.
