Reporting to the Supervisor, Learning and Development, the Learning & Development Coordinator supports the Human Resources and Professional Services team in the planning, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs and initiatives in the Calgary office and across the firm. The successful candidate will contribute to all aspects of the learning cycle, including needs analysis, program planning, instructional support, learning platform administration, program logistics, facilitation, reporting, and the development of learner resources to support engagement and adoption.
