Job summary

Qualifications

• Post-secondary Degree in Human Resources or Business or related field.
• Degree, certificate or designation in adult learning is an asset.
• Relevant experience in developing and executing learning solutions in a large complex corporate environment.
• Strong communications skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deal effectively with different levels of the organization (Director and below).

Responsibilities

• Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
• In partnership with the Senior Manager, Learning, participates in strategic learning plan development through ongoing meetings with business line leaders.
• Proactively utilize HR data to identify themes/trends and recommend effective learning solutions to meet the business needs.
• Contribute to or lead the creation and execution of specific learning programs to address specific business needs.
• Collaborate with Global HR Operations to ensure successful deployment of learning programs.
