Avenue Living Residential in Calgary, Alberta, is seeking a Process Improvement Analyst to optimize business processes across multiple sites. You will document current-state processes, identify pain points, and support future-state designs.

You will collaborate with process owners, facilitate workshops, measure KPIs, and drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives with a focus on automation and technology-enabled improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or related fields.
• Post-secondary education in business administration, process improvement, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to map processes.
• Experience with change management and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen methodologies is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current-state processes and identify pain points.
• Collaborate with process owners to understand business needs and improvements.
• Gather data, define KPIs, and support future-state process design.
• Design workshops to engage stakeholders and drive improvements.
• Monitor impact of changes and report progress to leadership.
