Job summary

Leaf Home, LLC. is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to cover an assigned territory in Calgary and surrounding areas. This permanent, outside-sales role offers a clear pathway to growth with uncapped earning potential.

Target earnings range: $55,000 to $100,000+ per year, with paid training and quarterly bonuses. You will engage homeowners, educate them on Leaf Home products, and drive in-person demonstrations while working outdoors daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated to meet and exceed goals.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads for our outside sales team by covering an assigned territory each day, canvassing and engaging prospective customers at their homes to discuss Leaf Home products.
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate consumers on Leaf Home products and gather information for the sales team to follow up and schedule an in-person product demonstration.
• Report daily results to the field management team and develop collaborative working relationships with other sales representatives.
• Ensure high-quality and accurate representation of Leaf Home products by representing the company professionally and ensuring that potential customers have an exceptional experience.
• While performing the duties of this job, you must be able to work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods is required.
