Job summary

BMO is seeking a Learning & Development professional in Toronto to build and deliver manager and leader skills programs for Technology & Operations leaders. You will work with Sr.

Leaders and HRBPs on development opportunities and align programs with organizational strategy. The ideal candidate will have recent experience using AI to accelerate learning design and delivery and will influence strategy alongside the T&O HR team.

Qualifications

• Experience using AI to accelerate learning design and delivery.
• Strong collaboration with Sr Leaders and HRBPs to develop learning initiatives.
• Proven ability to design and deliver leadership development programs for technology and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers manager and leader skills development programs for Technology & Operations leaders.
• Partners with HRBPs to align development opportunities with business needs.
• Measures outcomes, analyzes program effectiveness, and recommends enhancements for sustainment.
