BRP, based in Valcourt, Quebec, seeks a Leader to transform software product development processes across multiple engineering disciplines. This role drives adoption of best practices, defines KPIs, and leads change management to improve quality and predictability.
You will collaborate with software, systems, architecture, integration, and validation teams, ensuring alignment with product lines and lifecycle stages across BRP’s connected vehicle initiatives.
Reporting to the Connected Vehicle Engineering Director, the Leader, Software Product Development Process Transformation is responsible for evolving the practices, processes, methods, and tools supporting the design, development, integration, and validation of connected vehicle solutions.
In an environment where software is a strategic component of BRP products, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of software engineering practices while ensuring their seamless integration into the overall product development lifecycle. Working closely with software, systems, architecture, integration, validation, and project management teams, you will help enhance product quality, delivery predictability, and organizational efficiency.
