ArrowXL Limited in Airdrie is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader (AM shift) to lead a small team of up to five operatives. You will ensure timely departures of delivery crews, maintain stock accuracy, and drive performance against KPIs in a fast-moving warehouse environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and implementation of efficient processes, with a strong focus on safety and quality. A full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team to meet performance and behavioural standards.
• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking and loading.
• Drive operational performance and KPI achievement through planning and communication.
• Maintain stock accuracy and ensure product quality across processes.
• Uphold Health & Safety and housekeeping standards in the warehouse.
• Promote continuous improvement and build strong cross-team relationships.
