Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED preferred.
• 1+ year powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• 1+ year experience as Team Lead preferred.
• 1+ year Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred.
• RF scanner advanced required.
• Valid forklift operator's license certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve warehouse operations for optimal efficiency.
• Perform warehouse tasks including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Allocate resources and organize daily work to ensure optimal shift performance.
• Guide team members to improve KPI performance using appropriate leadership styles.
• Promote health and safety practices in the warehouse.
• Manage day-to-day paperwork like picking sheets and bills of lading.
