Job summary

Whistler Blackcomb in Whistler, BC is hiring a Lead Terrain Park Crew for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. You will design, build, shape and maintain the terrain parks, leading a team of attendants and groomers to deliver a top-tier guest experience.

This role requires at least 3 years terrain park experience and 2 years of supervision, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Housing is available, and full-time hours are offered during the season.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years terrain park experience - preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience - preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work outside in alpine environment.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must have own ski or ride equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Terrain Park Attendants and Groomers efficiently through the daily Terrain Park Operations and nightly design and construction plan.
• Performs a daily assessment of risk, feature inspections, maintenance, and testing of all features.
• Directs leads, attendants, and operators to complete projects and general maintenance in an efficient and carefully planned manner.
• Assist Ski Patrol on accident investigations.
• Act as liaison between attendants and upper management and other departments.
• Assist in the development of nightly grooming plans for Terrain Parks.
• Responsible for park operations/decision making when manager is unavailable.
• Act as role model regarding employee development and guest service-related initiatives.
• Assist in all trainings for Terrain Park Attendants including the implementation of all necessary tools and equipment.
• Ongoing development of standard operating procedures and Best Practices.
• Other duties as assigned
