Job summary

Whistler Blackcomb in Whistler, BC is seeking friendly Rental Associates for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. You’ll help guests choose gear, fit equipment, and provide outstanding customer service in our busy retail shops.

Starting wage is $20 per hour with full-time and part-time hours available. Benefits include health insurance for eligible seasonal staff, free employee ski passes, and employee discounts. Join us for a season or a career on mountains.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Commitment to exceptional Customer Service.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service at one of our retail shops
• Fit guests with equipment - we'll train you!
• Explain to guests how to operate rental equipment, safety practices, and guest responsibility for the equipment during the rental including length of rental and return options
• Work together with teammates to maintain safety standard
• May include other duties such as cashiering, retail sales
• Other duties as assigned

Job Summary

Rental associates are responsible for generating sales through world-class guest service, assisting customers with rental equipment and providing our guests with gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience.
