Job summary

Whistler Blackcomb is seeking a Dishwasher to join our Food & Beverage team at Whistler, BC. You’ll help maintain clean dishes, support kitchen workflow, and contribute to an enjoyable guest experience in a vibrant alpine setting.

Starting wage ranges from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, with year-round (10-month) full-time hours and opportunities for growth, training, and employee perks within a world-renowned ski resort.

Qualifications

• We will teach you all necessary skills to be able to do execute your job safely.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift and carry objects up to 40lbs.

Responsibilities

• Depending on the location upload the Mountain via Gondola with your team
• Follow the leaderships guidelines as outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting
• Collect all dishes, cutlery and cups
• Ensure all dishware is properly sanitized before further use
• Clean kitchen tools and appliances properly before use
• Follow all of our safety protocols
• Support the back of house team with cleaning the back of house work stations and other prep cook tasks as required
• Keep storage areas clean and organized
• Ski/Snowboard out after work (optional + location dependent)
