Job summary

Ledcor Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for multifaceted commercial construction projects in Edmonton. You will plan, organize, and execute project strategies with the Senior Project Manager, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery across TI and special projects.

You will lead teams, manage subcontractors and design consultants, oversee cost controls, and maintain strong client collaboration to meet financial objectives and project milestones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience on tenant improvement or special projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specs, and budgets.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage change.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture on site and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Manage incident reporting, investigation, and corrective actions.
• Prepare TI and special project estimates including coordination of deliverables.
• Oversee risk management, assessments, and transfer of contractual risk with clients.
• Manage procurement, scope development, tendering, bid evaluations, and award recommendations.
• Coordinate contract administration and change management processes.
• Establish project controls, cost coding, tracking, and directory systems.
• Develop and maintain cost reporting, forecasting, and budget control.
• Coordinate budgets for design consultants to align with scope and schedule.
