Responsibilities

• Liaise with leasing teams, contractors, consultants, and tenants on projects.
• Review, negotiate, and execute contracts aligned with standards.
• Coordinate staffing for project start-up and monitor progress.
• Maintain project docs, submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Represent the company in client and subcontractor meetings.
