Lead Technology Delivery - Tech PM - Salesforce Project - (Hybrid - Calgary)

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Technical Project Manager to lead Salesforce development projects using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, excellent project management skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading end-to-end Salesforce project implementations from initiation through delivery.
2. Collaborating with product owners, technical architects, Salesforce developers, and QA teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
3. Ensuring technical solutions align with business goals and user requirements.
4. Driving Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
5. Maintaining project plans, budgets, resource allocations, risks, and issues.
6. Managing scope changes, risks, and developing contingency plans.
7. Communicating project status to stakeholders at all levels.
8. Facilitating team collaboration and resolving conflicts to keep projects on track.

What you’ll bring:

Qualifications:

• 5–8+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in Salesforce development.
• Proven experience managing Agile projects with custom Salesforce implementations.
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture, Apex, LWC, integrations.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile tools.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certifications preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder).
• Experience with large-scale digital transformation or CRM modernization.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD for Salesforce.
