Job summary

Indwell is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead an interdisciplinary team and provide residents in our supportive living program with enhanced supports that promote health and housing stability.

You will supervise staff, collaborate with leadership, and uphold Indwell’s mission while navigating a high-resilience environment and on-site responsibilities across a 40-hour week, including some evenings, weekends, and on-call rotates.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in social work, social service work, nursing or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
• 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience in a social service setting
• Experience in mental health and/or addictions is beneficial with harm reduction approaches

Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting an interdisciplinary team of employees, providing leadership and direction
• Monitor healthy team dynamics; maintain positive professional culture
• Lead staff recruitment in collaboration with HR
• Oversee onboarding for new employees, students and volunteers
• Coordinate on-call responsibilities as required
• Ensure accurate health records and program documentation
• Develop and manage staff schedules and program evaluations
• Support rollout of new assessment tools and trauma-informed approaches
• Attend team and agency meetings and share knowledge with residents
