Indwell in Kitchener–St. Mark’s Place is seeking a Supportive Housing Coordinator to join our interdisciplinary team. This full-time role supports treatment, rehabilitation, and care for tenants within our housing program serving individuals affected by housing instability.
You will work to connect tenants with community resources, facilitate programs, coordinate volunteers, manage admissions, and help tenants achieve independence while maintaining a safe, respectful environment.

Participating as a member of an interdisciplinary team, you will support the treatment, rehabilitation, and care for individuals within the program. This housing program serves individuals who have experienced long term housing instability and/or long stay hospitalizations.

40 hours per week including weekdays, weekends, evenings and some public holidays. Hours worked to be scheduled as required by program needs. As the program operates 7 days a week, being on-call for 1 week every 4-6 weeks is required to support the tenants and each other on the team. The on-call rotation consists of carrying a work cell phone 24/7 for that one week, responding to urgent matters.
