Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in project management and 10+ years on construction projects, with strong financial acumen, procurement knowledge, and leadership skills to mentor teams across sites.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer or Registered Technologist certification or technical trade certification.
• PMI designation preferred.
• P.Eng designation considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and budget with senior management.
• Create detailed work plans and resource requirements.
• Develop schedules to optimize resources and timelines.
• Forecast project GM and ensure margins.
• Procure subcontractor services and material with proper contracts.
• Lead and mentor project team across sites.
