Job summary

PTAG is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-voltage Transmission & Substation capital projects. The role requires a seasoned leader with 10+ years in HV transmission and substations and the ability to interface with senior stakeholders in regulated utility environments.

You will drive end-to-end project delivery, manage scope, cost baselines, schedules, and executive reporting, and ensure governance across engineering, construction, procurement, and commissioning teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management in electric utility infrastructure.
• Direct experience with high-voltage transmission (115kV+) and substation projects.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and executive communication.
• Experience with cost, schedule, and risk in complex capital projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of HV transmission (115kV+) and substation projects from initiation through close-out.
• Define and manage scope, WBS, cost baselines, and integrated schedules.
• Drive execution across engineering, construction, procurement, and commissioning teams.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Develop and present executive-level reports and dashboards.
