Job summary
Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA) seeks an experienced Project Engineer to lead design, optimization and compliance for municipal water and stormwater systems. You will mentor staff, collaborate with regional teams and manage external consultants, ensuring projects meet timelines and budgets.
The role emphasizes technical leadership, client relationships, and ongoing development of value-added services within OCWA's Ontario client base.
Qualifications
- Licensed Professional Engineer by PEO in good standing.
- Engineering degree in Chemical/Civil/Environmental/Water Resources is an asset.
- Willingness to travel across Ontario and maintain safety standards.
- Valid G driver's licence and ability to travel to remote locations.
Responsibilities
- Provide engineering leadership for design and operation of water/wastewater systems, with focus on stormwater.
- Lead stormwater and construction/project management directions within OCWA.
- Provide onsite and remote technical and project management support to Ontario-based clients.
