Job summary

Croesus is building the next generation of wealth management software with small teams and fast iteration. You will lead a small group of developers and researchers, set technical direction, and push AI-driven improvements across CI/CD, testing, and tooling.

You’ll influence product and platform decisions while mentoring the team to deliver high-quality solutions. You will guide architecture for both AI-native and standard platform work, while collaborating across bilingual environments in

Qualifications

Deep, current engineering expertise; architected and shipped non-trivial systems
Comfort across stack: C#/.NET, TypeScript/Angular/React, Python for AI/ML
Experience with microservices, modular monoliths, CQRS, event-driven architectures
AI-native mindset: LLMs, agent frameworks, AI tooling, evals
Leadership to grow a small team; ability to work in bilingual environment

Responsibilities

Set the technical bar and guide architecture for AI-native products and platform work
Lead the Innovation team's AI build loop: CI/CD, testing, observability, tooling
Directly manage and mentor developers and researchers; enable growth and delivery
Drive rapid, high-quality shipping through automation and AI-enabled processes
Foster a bilingual (French/English) engineering culture
