Job summary

Michael Page International (Canada) is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities for interior tenant fit-out and abatement projects in the GTA. You will ensure milestones, stay on schedule and within budget, and coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders to drive progress.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of on-site health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Experience supervising interior tenant fit-out and abatement projects.
Knowledge of ICI GC/CM processes and procedures.
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for interior tenant fit-out and abatement projects.
Ensure project milestones are achieved within timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project progress.
Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to specs.
Resolve on-site issues and minimize delays or disruptions.
Communicate project updates to project managers and relevant parties.
Maintain accurate site documentation including daily logs and progress reports.
