BUILD IT in Mississauga, Ontario is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee operations, enforce safety standards, and manage project milestones. The role requires coordinating trades, maintaining schedules, and communicating with clients.

You will lead site teams, perform inspections, prepare progress reports, and ensure adherence to permits and regulations. A 5+ year track record in restaurant/retail/commercial/industrial builds is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Site Supervisor on restaurant, retail, commercial and industrial builds.
• Maintain a safe, healthy work environment by following standards and regulations.
• Prepare schedules, progress reports, and other project documentation.
• Coordinate trades and materials with the Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with trades, subcontractors, and materials for timely progress.
• Prepare and update schedules, track site progress, and generate reports.
• Conduct regular inspections and address deficiencies, including minor handyman tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Ensure all permits, safety protocols, and legal regulations are followed.
• Lead and mentor site teams to promote collaboration and excellence.
• Oversee site close-out, including cleanup, final inspections, and documentation.
