Job summary

Michael Page International (Canada) is seeking a Site Clerk to support residential construction projects in the Greater Toronto Area, including Oshawa. The role focuses on maintaining accurate site records, coordinating with site supervisors and contractors, and supporting timelines and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage construction site documentation, ensuring all records are up to date and easily accessible.
• Coordinate communication between site supervisors, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables to support the construction team's objectives.
• Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other correspondence as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety and procedural standards by organizing relevant documents.
• Manage inventory and supplies for the construction site to ensure project needs are met.
• Support site supervisors with administrative tasks and scheduling as needed.
