Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage construction site documentation, ensuring all records are up to date and easily accessible.
• Coordinate communication between site supervisors, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables to support the construction team's objectives.
• Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other correspondence as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety and procedural standards by organizing relevant documents.
• Manage inventory and supplies for the construction site to ensure project needs are met.
• Support site supervisors with administrative tasks and scheduling as needed.
