Job summary

Associated Paving and Materials Ltd. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead civil and road projects from start to finish.

You will coordinate the construction team and subcontractors, prepare progress and cost reports, and ensure safety compliance and quality standards. This role requires 3-5 years in civil/road project management, a college diploma or equivalent, and strong communication and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines and client expectations in a

3-5 years of civil and road construction project management experience.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Direct and oversee construction projects from start to completion while ensuring safety regulations are met.
Prepare internal and external reports on job status, daily progress, estimates and deliverables.
Coordinate subcontractors and the construction team to meet contractual obligations.
Review project requirements to determine work, equipment and labor needs.
Interpret project specifications and manage change orders and daily records as required.
Resolve construction issues with supervisors and engineers to minimize delays.
Ensure quality construction meets company and industry standards and client needs.
Attend coordination and production meetings and drive continuous improvement.
