Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing bids and in planning and organizing civil engineering projects.
• Manage resources and monitor progress of work.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and safe work practices (OHS, environment).
• Supervise and mentor construction site teams.
• Manage risks, resolve problems, and ensure deadlines, budgets, and contracts are met.
• Produce and approve daily reports.
• Ensure work quality and conduct final project review with recommendations.
