• Professional leadership and supervision of nursing staff.
• Advanced assessment and clinical decision making for residents.
• Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with Ontario nursing standards.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional leadership to staff reporting to the RN; oversee patient care and daily operations.
• Evaluate staff performance and participate in scheduling and coverage.
• Maintain positive resident/family relationships and promote safety and well-being.
• Participate in internal committees (infection control, pharmacy and therapeutics, medical advisory, health and safety).
• Complete resident charting and RAI-MDS documentation as assigned; ensure accurate health records.
