Job summary

NDura Developments in Edmonton is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on residential infill and multi-family projects. You will oversee scheduling, quality, safety, and coordination with trades, inspectors, and the office team.

This full-time, on-site role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of residential construction, and the ability to maintain NDura's standards from mobilization to turnover.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive experience in residential construction.
• Experience supervising subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades.
• Familiarity with JobTread, Buildertrend or Procore.
• Alberta Class 5 Driver's Licence and dependable transportation.
• First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily construction activities on assigned sites from startup through project completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and internal staff.
• Manage sequencing, productivity, and general site operations.
• Communicate scopes of work, deadlines, and quality standards to trades.
• Prepare and maintain site records and progress using JobTread.
