Job summary

NDura Developments is seeking a dependable, hands-on Construction Site Assistant to support our Site Superintendents on residential infill and multi-family projects in Edmonton. This field-based role emphasizes practical on-site construction work, recording daily activities, and keeping sites organized and safe.

You’ll handle materials, site logs, QS checklists, and coordination between trades, with a company truck provided and Alberta Class 5 license required.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of residential construction or related construction experience is preferred.
• Valid Alberta Class 5 driver's licence and a clean abstract.
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Comfortable working independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Superintendent with day-to-day requirements on active construction sites.
• Perform general construction labour and site-support work.
• Move, load, unload, organize, and stage construction materials.
• Complete daily site logs, QS checklists, and photos to document progress.
• Keep project field records organized and current throughout the build.
