Job summary

Kahuna Coffee Company Inc. is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead a team and maintain guest experience at multiple Oakville and Burlington locations.

You will support the Restaurant Manager, drive daily operations, coach staff, and ensure service, quality and cleanliness standards. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years in quick-service supervisory roles, strong communication, and a passion for mentoring guests and team members.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of quick-service supervisory experience in recruiting, training and coaching employees.
• Strong communication and guest-service focus.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist Restaurant Manager/Owner in day-to-day operations.
