Job summary

Tim Hortons is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead a diverse team in a fast-paced coffee shop environment. You will train, coach and motivate staff, ensuring guest service, quality and cleanliness meet high standards.

You will support the Restaurant Manager and owner in daily operations and collaborate across shifts. With 1–3 years of quick service supervisory experience, you bring strong communication, relationship-building and mentoring skills, plus a passion for guest

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of quick service supervisory experience.
• Experience recruiting, training and coaching employees.
• Able to work when the business needs; on-call as required.

Your 1 -3 years of quick service experience in asupervisory role combined with your practical knowledge of recruiting, training and coaching employees makes you an ideal candidate for this role.
