CT REIT is seeking a Regional Manager for Property Management to oversee Western Canada retail locations from Calgary. This role reports to the Director, Property Management and drives budget, rent collection, maintenance, and regulatory compliance across the portfolio.

You will lead a team, coordinate with Leasing, manage temporary licenses, and explore revenue opportunities while ensuring tenant retention and high service levels.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a property management/retail environment.
• Professional designations in facility/property management.
• Strong accounting and business management skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversees financial controls, annual operating budgets, monthly analyses and rent collection.
• Maintains maintenance schedules and oversees maintenance activities.
• Ensures compliance with employment, health & safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manages sub-contractor activities, tendering and contract monitoring.
• Leads leasing collaboration to retain tenants and grow revenue streams.
