Job summary

National Real Estate Company in western Canada seeks a Director of Property Management to oversee its Alberta and British Columbia portfolios. You will report to the VP of Operations, leading a ~15-person team and managing 5,000,000+ sq ft of commercial properties with a focus on budgets, leasing, tenant relations, operations, and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in commercial real estate with 5+ years in senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate (retail or office).
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• CPM/RPA credentials are assets; Yardi Voyager experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for 5,000,000 sq ft of properties across AB and BC.
• Lead a team of ~15 staff; manage budgets, leasing, tenant relations, and compliance.
• Review financials, monitor performance, and drive best practices across portfolios.
