Cloud Chamber is seeking a Lead Lighting Artist to guide a talented team in shaping the lighting for BioShock world-building. You will drive real-time lighting, ensure visual consistency, and collaborate with the Art Director to uphold the game's stylistic vision.

Expect to lead mentoring, pipeline improvements, and seamless collaboration with Core Tech and Production teams to deliver cinematic, high-fidelity lighting for AAA experiences.

Formación

• 7+ years real-time lighting experience on AAA titles.
• Strong grasp of PBR, real-time rendering, and cinematics lighting.
• Proven ability to recruit, mentor, and manage an art team.
• Experience collaborating with Core Tech and Production teams to optimize pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of lighting artists, set expectations, mentor, and manage output.
• Establish lighting standards to improve productivity and quality.
• Foster a proactive, collaborative, and agile work environment.
• Collaborate with Art Director and leads to uphold visual direction.
• Maintain a robust lighting pipeline and resolve technical issues quickly.
