Kerry’s Place is seeking a Property Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across Supported Living properties in Ontario. You will translate strategic plans into annual operating executions, supervise the maintenance team, manage budgets and capital projects, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, and vendor management, with flexible hours and on-site responsibilities at multiple sites supporting

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of property or facilities maintenance experience with supervisory/leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing preventive maintenance programs, work orders, vendors, contracts, budgets and capital projects.
• Working knowledge of applicable regulations and safety standards in Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations for Kerry’s Place Supported Living properties and manage annual operating plans.
• Oversee preventive/corrective maintenance, work orders, vendor contracts, and capital project delivery.
• Develop annual maintenance plans, budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance and safety.
