Job summary

College of Nurses of Ontario is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of projects from initiation to implementation. You will lead cross-functional teams across business and technology domains, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, coordinating resources, managing budgets, and guiding change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Certificate in Project Management.
• 7+ years of project management experience with at least 5 in leadership.
• Proven PM in system integration and deployment projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management and ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in system integration, deployment and testing processes.
• Develop project plans with sponsor, business users, Technology and vendors, including scope, deliverables, goals, resources, dependencies, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage all project components: resource planning, task allocation, documentation, progress monitoring, budget management, and risk mitigation.
• Develop relationships with CNO business & technology areas and external vendors to align project goals with organizational objectives.
• Lead change management activities including user training, documentation, and post-deployment support.
• Analyze project outcomes and apply lessons learned to future projects.
