Job summary

Colliers Project Leaders is seeking a Project Manager for the OILC team based in Northern Ontario. You will lead major capital projects, build trusted advisor relationships with clients, and guide teams to deliver from start to finish in alignment with client goals.

You will manage project scope, schedule, and finances while upholding quality standards. The role emphasizes PMO processes, governance, and effective communication with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, construction management.
• PMP designation.
• Experience working with public sector clients is an asset.
• Deep knowledge of design and construction methodologies, project management models, and financial management.
• PMO experience and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong client relationships and act as the client’s single point of contact to achieve goals.
• Lead programs or large capital projects of varying size and scope.
• Ensure client expectations are met and represent client best interests on contractual and technical issues.
• Organize and influence performance of multi-disciplined project teams.
• Lead client and project meetings and manage multiple stakeholders.
