Job summary

Colliers Project Leaders is seeking a Project Manager to join our OILC team in Eastern Ontario. You will lead major capital building and infrastructure projects, building trusted client relationships and guiding multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects from start to finish.

You will bring 4–8 years of PM experience, a degree in engineering/architecture/construction management, and PMP designation, with strong communication and PMO knowledge. Ontario-based role with a focus on client success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading owners’ projects from initiation to closeout.
• PMO experience and knowledge of design/construction methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong client relationships and act as single point of contact to achieve client strategy and goals.
• Lead programs or large capital projects of varying size and scope.
• Ensure client expectations are met and represented in contractual and technical issues.
• Organize and influence performance of multi-disciplined project teams.
• Lead client and project meetings; manage multiple stakeholders and communication streams.
• Maintain contact with existing and prospective clients; respond to business development opportunities.
• Regularly report project status via schedules, minutes, financial records and reports.
• Provide oversight to change management processes, payment certificates and contract documents.
• Oversee document control and ensure work aligns with our Quality Management System.
