Tiree, a well‑established project management firm with over 25 years’ experience delivering building infrastructure projects, seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager for anticipated sports and recreation facilities in Alberta. Qualifications

8–10+ years of project management experience in sports, recreation or community facilities.
Experience delivering complex facilities for public or private sector clients is highly valued.
Familiarity with municipal procurement and contracts is an asset.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver sports and recreation facility projects across scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality.
Manage delivery from planning/design through construction for new and upgraded facilities.
Coordinate with client stakeholders and operators to align activities with operations and minimize disruption.
Oversee consultants and contractors including architects, engineers, trades.
Translate project details into clear updates and reports for clients.
Identify risks and ensure compliance with codes, safety and accessibility standards.
Support governance and turnover of facilities to operation, incl. commissioning.
