Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for a Low-rise Rough-ins project in Canada. You will lead planning, execution and finalization of residential construction work from roof to drywall, coordinating internal teams and external contractors to meet scope, budget and schedule.

In collaboration with senior management, you will develop plans, schedules and budgets, estimate resources, submit budget proposals and manage staffing.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant full-cycle or rough-in experience in low-rise residential construction.
• Experience coordinating developers, consultants and contractors.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA).
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets and communications documents.
• Estimate resources and personnel required to achieve goals.
• Draft and submit budget proposals and adjust budgets as needed.
• Identify staff and consultants; liaise with managers to acquire personnel.
• Identify dependencies and critical path.
• Plan and schedule timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Track milestones and deliverables.
