Job summary

Michael Page International (Canada) is recruiting a Senior Site Superintendent to supervise residential construction in Ontario. You will oversee operations after foundation, enforce QA/QC, coordinate trades, and ensure health and safety compliance with MOL requirements.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years rough-in experience in low-rise developments (singles, semis, townhomes), and a relevant post-secondary degree.

Qualifications

• 10+ years rough-in experience in construction as a low-rise Site Superintendent.
• Post-secondary education in Business, Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent.
• MBA and M.Eng. preferred; strong team orientation and solution-focused mindset.
• Experience designing/building large-scale multi-family projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the construction project and all operations on site after the foundation stage.
• Ensuring quality of work and materials, upholding QA/QC standards.
• Organizing site staff, trades, and contractors and reporting progress.
• Ensuring health and safety plans and MOL requirements are implemented.
• Creating and updating project schedules and reporting to PM/Senior Management.
