CPUS Engineering Staffing Solutions Inc. currently seeks a Project Leader to lead and administer the execution of assigned projects in a 35-hour work week, onsite at Cornwall, ON.

The role demands strong governance, cost control and cross‑functional collaboration across teams and contractors. The ideal candidate possesses extensive project management experience, knowledge of contracting methods and the ability to coordinate complex programs through all lifecycle stages, ensuring safety, quality

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of project management principles and the five project phases.
• Requires knowledge of economics and business principles to provide cost estimates and forecasts.

Responsabilités

• Lead and administer organization, coordination and execution of assigned projects within multi-discipline portfolios.
• Lead matrix project execution teams and ensure governance is followed.
• Coordinate and be responsible for project documentation and deliverables.
• Manage project scope, schedule and cost to meet safety, quality and budget targets.
• Prepare inputs for business cases and project submissions to senior management and boards.
• Supervise and assign work, ensure cross-functional collaboration and clear roles.
